First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Marietta, Georgia is made up of two congregations; One, English speaking (Sundays 11 am); the other, Spanish (3 pm) FCC also partners with two other congregations; a Brazilian congregation (7 pm) and a Kenyan Anglican congregation (4 pm). These congregations meet in the church facilities and participate in some ecumenical events with FCC.
We have a Wednesday evening Bible Study called Conversations. What makes Conversations a fun and unique experience is that everyone is encouraged to participate. It goes beyond the study of specific Bible verses and incorporates contextual experiences.
The Disciples Mission Food Pantry is a community ministry that focuses on supplying grocery needs to hungry families in Cobb County. The food pantry is open on Mondays and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Music is a powerful ministry at FCC. The Chancel Choir provides an anthem song for worship on Sundays and provides prayer through song. Soulfire is the praise band that consists of members of FCC. Soulfire adds a contemporary element to worship; some of the songs are original numbers while others are popular praise songs that can be heard on the Christian radio station.
The Recovery Ministry is held in the Library at FCC but is open to anyone in need of group support in the face of addiction.

There is a nursery available for infants, toddlers and children. The nursery is available during worship hours.
