Introducing Soulfire -- the praise band for Marietta First Christian Church
"Our God is a Consuming Fire" (Hebrews 12:29)
Soulfire is a ministry first and a praise band second. The music God inspires Soulfire to write and perform would generally be categorized as Christian Praise or rock and roll. Music is said to “move the soul” and Soulfire’s music is designed to do just that. The music appeals to all age groups, but specifically targets the youth, young adults, and parents with growing families.
One of the ministry’s objectives is to continually take Soulfire outside the four walls of Marietta First Christian Church to do God’s work. Answering the call to evangelize and minister to the many people in need of God’s word, truth, and love, Soulfire has performed at:

The Mission of Soulfire
Soulfire’s mission is to use their musical talents, faith, and commitment to God to accomplish three critical objectives:
1) To spiritually uplift, revive, and minister to God’s people.
2) To support Marietta First Christian Church -- programs and vision.
3) To reach outside the church to minister and evangelize to those in need of God's word, spirit, and love.
First CD
The CD Release Concert was a huge success. Soulfire played a long and entertaining set in the sanctuary (due to weather conditions outside). You can still purchase their first CD, Shadow of the Cross. It is available for $15 which goes to further their ministry in music.
